Is there a minimum purchase?

There is no minimum order to buy at STUDIO BELETA, however, there may be products that come with a minimum number of units per package established. Said minimum quantity will be indicated in each product.

Custom made products and old unique pieces

Our unique old pieces are all those products that have years of history behind them and that are mostly unique pieces manufactured by hand, so it is not possible to sell another like it. The origin of these pieces purchased exclusively by STUDIO BELETA goes from pieces that can be more than 100 years old, rescued in Europe and Mediterranean areas.

How can I purchase?

Through 3 simple steps. 1. Register by creating a personal account 2. Add the desired products to your "shopping cart". 3. Formalize your order by paying with credit card Visa or Mastercard, Paypal or Stripe and with this you will receive an email indicating the status of your order.

Payment methods

You can pay by credit card Visa or Mastercard, Paypal and Stripe. Our payment gateway has an encryption system to offer maximum security to our customers. The transmission of data is done safely, so it is totally reliable to use your credit card on our website. The system will contact the issuing bank of your card so you can authorize the purchase. We will only make the charge on the card once your bank has confirmed its authenticity.

Shipping

What are the turnaround times?

The delivery time is determined by both the producer and the product and is indicated in the tab of each product. The delivery times shown on the website are indicative.
The products in stock, usually have an approximate delivery time of between 5-7 working days, depending on the destination.
Items without stock: in the orders made to measure and orders on demand, the delivery time is between 6 and 7 weeks from the order confirmation.
STUDIO BELETA can not be held responsible for any delays caused by transport companies or the manufacturers themselves. STUDIO BELETA will always try to report possible delays. During the seasons of summer and Christmas the delivery times may suffer variations, due to the temporary closure of the factories themselves.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost varies depending on the volumetric weight of the order, so please contact STUDIO BELETA specifying your address, for an accurate cost, before you purchase the products.

As a guidance, there are there categories: low volumetric weight, medium volumetric weight and high volumetric weight. Prices varies from 10 € to 250 €.

What do the shipping costs include?

The price of the articles does not include the price of the transport. Unless indicated on our website, postage is always at the customer's expense.
Deliveries that can not be made due to access difficulties will be borne by the customer both the outbound and return. Therefore, the client must notify any details about the destination (ease or difficulty of access, existence or not of elevator ...), to ensure delivery. The transport service may not include the ascent to flats.
Prices do not include assembly for items that require it.
The material is delivered packed and protected inside its box, in cases where it is available. If for any reason you order the unpacking of the same before its final destination, any damage caused will be out of our responsibility.

Can I change the delivery address?

The modification of the delivery address once the order has been collected by the transport company, will not be possible unless the customer is responsible for the expenses and is expressly agreed between the parties.

Returns

What is the deadline for the return?

In the case of not being satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, to exercise the right of return. The products made to measure or items on demand of the client do not accept change or refunds.

Can I return the merchandise once it has been received?

In case of return, the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer. Except for exceptions, returns of products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly customized will not be accepted.
The first step is to contact us through the email products@studiobeleta.com to provide you with the address to which you must return the merchandise. The products must be sent in the same conditions that were delivered and with their original packaging. It is important that the products are perfectly packed together with a copy of the delivery note. We will send the transport company to the address requested for collection.
Once the items have been received and verified that the above conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made by the customer. You will receive the refund of the amount in the same medium in which you made the payment and within 10 days of receiving the returned merchandise. The shipping costs will be discounted to the refund amount.
The return of those products that show breakage or damage due to transport will be accepted. For this it is necessary to make it appear on the delivery note of the carrier and send us a photograph where the damage can be clearly seen. Once the merchandise is received, you have a period of 24 hours to claim the possible incidence. After 24 hours, STUDIO BELETA will not be responsible for the damages caused by the transport company.
